Website Redesign - Xome.com
Overview: In this project, I was part of the product team responsible for the redesign of Xome.com's website and products. We aimed to enhance the user experience, improve functionality, and align the platform with industry best practices.
Role: Senior UX Designer and Researcher
Team: I collaborated with a team of three other UX designers, two of whom were offshore. Together, we formed a cohesive product team, working closely with a product manager, business analyst, stakeholders, and a dedicated development team.

I began by defining user flows, establishing a solid foundation for the information architecture. Restructured the platform's information architecture to provide a logical and intuitive hierarchy. This involved creating clear navigation paths and reorganizing product categories based on user preferences.
