Hello!
I'm Krystal Hsiung, a Senior UX Designer and Researcher based out of Dallas, Tx. My journey to UX started with working in the oil and gas industry. I was exposed to UX in a previous role and fell in love with the field of user experience. I earned my degree in a Master of Arts in Interaction Design from the University of North Texas. I am passionate about user experience research in creating the most innovative and delightful experience for users. I highly enjoy collaborating with others and problem solving in the journey of the design process. I am a highly curious individual who loves to uncover the how and why of human behavior in our day to day interaction with digital products.
In my free time, you can find me practicing yoga, taking dance classes, and spending time with my two Pomeranians.
